“I chose Northland Paving after reviewing other local paving contractors. They have a good reputation, they do work legally with proper permits and the price was fair and competitive. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I don't like to see quick and shoddy work done that doesn't last. They prepared the base of my driveway properly and left it to settle and dry out for a few weeks before completing the job. I had stone pavers laid around the perimeter of my driveway in between the removal and prep work and the final paving. I really appreciated the attention to details taken by all the workers. They spent a lot of time on the outside edge of the pavement…”

“Giorgio Simonetta from Northland Paving delivers customer service at a level that’s rare to find. His attention to detail, professionalism, and perfectionism show in every part of his work. Giorgio completed a repair for me. He made the time, arrived promptly, and completed the job flawlessly, just like all of his work. I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and integrity. Because of Giorgio, I will continue to choose Northland Paving for all my future needs. Thank you, Giorgio. -Naila Ali Ajax Ontario”

“Not at all worth recommending Northland Pavers and online reviews could be deceiving. 1. Dipping in driveway (originally driveway is done in June/July 2025) not even 12 months of paving. Attached picture was taken and email to them in March 2026 and no response from them. 2. We have 2 adjacent driveway paved together but water sloped toward middle of one driveway and during winter when snow melts in day temperatures it make a water steam which becomes slippery over night with dipping temperatures. They said they will keep the water flow in middle and will go in ground area but they didn’t do it correctly in the first place and not taking responsibility of it now and not fixing…”

“Pleased with the outcome of our 2 phase project with Northland. Our point of contact Sean was attentive and provided detailed quotes & updates as required. Phase 1 was backyard interlock in the fall followed by an asphalt driveway in the summer. Both projects look great. the teams communication between phases on the driveway (excavation, compacting, settling, paving) required continued pressing to get dates set that we could plan around. That aside, we'd recommend.”
