“Chris is very polite, communicative and honest. He did a great job on our deck and sod installation and we got tons of compliments from the neighbours. His prices are also reasonable. I’ll definitely hire him again when I want to do work on the front yard next year.”

“Can not express my gratitude enough for the services of Lucky P PL maintenance! Throughout the year I depend on their services! My first home driveway was full of cracks and weeds and i was really doubtful that much could be done to improve the look. The weeds were blasted out, repairs made and sealed. The improvement was enormous! So enormous, many other driveways on my block decided to do their driveways as well. Lucky P helped me on other property maintenance needs such as lawn install, property landscaping clean up, plant install to season maintenance of my snow blower. Prices reasonable, responsive and dependable. Pleasant and kind interactions of all my questions too.”

“We used Chris to seal all the old asphalt at our warehouse after we had the rest of the parking lot paved. It turned out great and Chris was awesome to deal with. He also painted all the dock lines and truck parking spaces for all the new asphalt and redid the existing paint!”
