“Unfortunately the city of Brantford hired these amateurs. They did not do a locate before ripping out the old sidewalk and tore out at least 50 ft of Bell's Fibre optic cable, even though the bell Fiber optic panel was in plain sight. These hacks never even considered the possibility that they would dig up the line. The unprofessional team could not even contact Bell to let them know of their buffoonery. They gave no notice of work to be done. They also felt it was in their right to nail into my fence for their caution tape. This is by far the least professional contractors I have ever encountered. I personally would avoid them at all cost. They should change their…”

“We had this company do a paverstone walkway and huge patio. They did a fantastic job! It turned out better then we could have hoped and they worked on it non stop in the extreme heat until it was all done. Would highly recommend them. They did not ask for any money until it was done. This is the sign of a truly honest contractor.”

I went to my neighbour to enquire and he informed me about what happened. I called the company to discuss this issue, but have yet to receive the return call that I was promised. Not sure how they remain in business with such poor customer service...”

“We had our driveway paved in July 2012. Since then, we have had issues with stones coming through and then washing away, leaving holes. It took months and many, many phone calls to have someone come and patch the holes. Days after that work, we sat in patio chairs on the driveway for an hour, on a 12 C day. When we moved the chairs, we have holes in the driveway. The tar has not cured after 10 months. We called again to have someone come to see this. We're still waiting for a return call or visit. We figure that they're trying to wait us out until the one year guarantee expires. For a company that doesn't advertise but…”

“Reliable, friendly and hardworking! We just had some cement work and new driveway installed and we're thrilled with the whole process-couldn't be happier with the end result! Highly recommend this company. Thank you so much John, Paul and your amazing crew!”
